Alistair Begg

Alistair Begg

Alistair Begg has been in pastoral ministry for 32 years. Following graduation from The London School of Theology he served eight years in Scotland at both Charlotte Chapel in Edinburgh and Hamilton Baptist Church. Since 1983, he has been the senior pastor at Parkside Church near Cleveland, Ohio. He has written several books and is heard daily and weekly on the radio program, Truth For Life. The teaching on Truth For Life stems from the week by week Bible teaching at Parkside Church. He and his wife, Susan, have been married 32 years and they have three grown children.

Jim Packer

Jim Packer

Following his time at Oxford University, Jim was ordained in the Church of England in 1952. He soon became Associate Principal of Trinity College, Bristol before emigrating to Vancouver in 1979 to become Professor of Theology at Regent College. A towering figure of twentieth century evangelicalism Jim continues to be a frequent lecturer and prolific writer.

Stuart is best known as the writer of such songs as “In Christ alone”, “How deep the Father’s love” and “Beautiful Saviour”. He also travels extensively, leading worship and teaching at churches and events around the world. He lives in Brighton, is married with three children, and is a member of Church of Christ the King, part of the worldwide network of New Frontiers churches.

The Right Reverend Wallace Benn has been Area Bishop of Lewes since 1997 and lives in Eastbourne. Wallace has spent 25 years in parish ministry, is a well-known inspirational Bible teacher, author and conference speaker. He is particularly keen to see the Word of God upheld in every respect. Wallace is married to Lindsay and they have two adult children.
Joel Virgo Joel Virgo

Joel has led the Church of Christ the King in Brighton since 2006. CCK has been a hub of Newfrontiers ministry serving Churches across the world for the past 30 years. Joel is also responsible for the ministry team which leads the annual Newday event which now gathers over 6,000 teenagers for passionate worship and excellent Biblical teaching.
Mike Ovey Mike Ovey

Mike was once a civil service lawyer drafting government legislation. He trained at Ridley Hall, Cambridge, and worked as a curate for four years at All Saints Crowborough, before teaching for three years at Moore Theological College, Sydney. He joined Oak Hill in 1998 and became Principal in 2007.Most recent writing includes co-authoring the book ‘Pierced for our Transgressions’.
Greg Haslam Greg Haslam

Following a time at Winchester Family Church, Greg has been Minister of Westminster Chapel in London since 2002. He travels widely as a Bible teacher, conference speaker and writer, and has a real heart to bring Word and Spirit together through a biblical theology that is on fire.
Michael Baughen Michael Baughen

The Right Reverend Michael Baughen is a former Rector of All Souls Langham Place in London, following which he was Bishop of Chester for 14 years. His concern to find songs for Christian youth groups led to the pioneering publication “Youth Praise”, where he was Editor and one of the composers. For many years he was Chairman of Jubilate Hymns, and his most well-known tunes are to “Lord for the Years” and “Name of all majesty”.
